Spring Break Fun!

We have been enjoying the warm spring temperatures in Saint George the past couple of weeks! Ken, Sharon and family came down during Spring Break last week for the Annual Spring Baseball Tournament! The temps were in the 80's and made for a sunny, warm weekend! It was great hanging out with them and watching Hayden play ball. There is nothing like spending warm spring nights at the ball park! Mark's parents also came down that weekend. They are thinking about coming to Saint George this fall to serve a mission. We had a great time visiting with them! I looked at the calendar this week and realized Mark and I have been in Saint George a year and 1/2 now. Time certainly flies! I have truly grown to love Saint George, I love our neighborhood, ward and the spirit of this city!

I make Mark and Brianna pose every once in awhile when they are dressed up on Sundays, Once again Brianna is not cooperating but I think my hubby looks pretty handsome in his blue shirt!!

This is Brianna's friend Kambree, she lives next store, Brianna and her had been playing in our back yard all day which of course is just dirt so they were filthy!

This is just a random picture but I just thought it was kind of funny picture

As sands through the hour glass so are the days of my life

I have been a blog queen slacker lately! It seems like this month has been a whirl wind of activities and I have not had a chance to sit down and take a breath! We are enjoying the warmer spring Temperatures and getting outside as much as possible! Mark has been very busy at work which I am so grateful for with the economy the way it is. We took Brianna to Las Vegas over President's Day Weekend to see the Shark Reef & Aquarium but I forgot my camera. She was so fascinated with the whole thing I loved seeing it through her eyes! Here are a few photos of things I did remember to take!

Anna sitting on Grandma Johnson's Buffet that Mark and I just refinished. She insisted on wearing her pink "Hello Kitty" Boots to church! I have to pick my fights with this one!!

I love when she will actually smile for the camera!

Two weeks ago Mom came out and spent a few days with us. We always look forward to having her come and cherish the time we have with her.

We took Mom to eat at the Anasazi House one of the unique restaurants in Saint George. They bring the meat of your choice out on a 1000 degree heated stone or rock and you cook it and eat from the stone so your food stays hot the entire meal. I thought it was a cool concept!

Just struttin the streets of historic main!

Mom and Brianna eating at one of my favorite cafes in Saint George it is called 25 & Main and they make homemade cupcakes that you would drive 5 hours just to eat one nibble!!

Anna Fell Asleep sitting up, I'll take a nap any way I can get it these days!
